All villa allocations, plots, and construction timelines are subject to formal definitive agreements entered into with Grace Aesthetic. Specifications mentioned herein are indicative and subject to change in accordance with applicable regional building bye-laws and engineering standards.
3. Site Visit & Safety Protocol
Because Pineorra HHills occupies a natural mountain terrain in Uttarakhand, all site visits must be accompanied by authorized project representatives. Guests are advised to follow established paths and wear suitable footwear during high-altitude forest trailwalks.

All trademarks, logotypes, brand names ("PINEORRA HHILLS", "GRACE AESTHETIC"), architectural designs, photographs, and literary text on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Grace Aesthetic. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
